Founded and independently operated by Cindy Perrot, a passionate and experienced yoga instructor, the studio invites all ages and levels to try yoga and, if you have tried it many times before, to discover a new layer, a new level, a new interest, spark something. Maybe this spark will transfer into life, into sport, into physical, spiritual and mental health…or maybe it will just be a fun and relaxing hour in your week.
Our Philosophy
Cindy Perrot Yoga is grounded, creative, intentional, engaged. Yoga is such a big world with the practice being truly transformative, but it is truly different for everyone. The philosophy here tends to ground in science (an engineer by trade), the tangible reasoning behind poses and techniques will be explored and shared; however, students may, and can, experience their practice in a completely different and fascinating way, and that is welcomed! Classes will be varied and creative, but intentionally structured toward a theme, objective, or specific sequencing; the studio prides itself on class design. The instructor gets to know every student, encourages questions and exploration of new concepts to keep mutually engaged in the practice, in the possibilities.
Our Space
With its own entry on the east side of the large SpaFit building, step into an inviting studio with warm, natural, and glowing ambience. You will find an entry space where you will be welcomed, a cozy break room where you can change clothes, socialize and hydrate, a fully-stocked prop cove to grab the best supports for your practice, and your final destination of the quiet practice studio when you are ready to begin your practice 10 minutes, 5 minutes, or 0 minutes before class time.
Classes We Offer
Discover a variety of classes tailored to suit different objectives, preferences, and skill levels. All are beginner-friendly, but the Flow classes tend to go further for the practitioner looking for more. All-level Yoga is the best introduction to traditional yoga styles, while Yoga for Backs approaches yoga therapy and less traditional asana. Something for every-body, and these classes will continue to evolve.
You are invited to begin, resume, or continue your journey on your yoga mat, finding what sparks within your practice, and within yourself. There is so much to discover.
