It’s an interesting challenge, it can be life-changing, and it will be in the future of the studio. Pilates is a natural connection between yoga and general fitness techniques, taken from participation in the gym world and reading on strengthening and physio blogs and reports. It’s all connected, and can have a place in today’s yoga classes.
